It no longer appears in my Launcher drawer either. I can type flatpak listagain just to be sure it's no longer there:Īnd I confirm that it's gone. So I type sudo flatpak uninstall /x86_64/stable I want to uninstall the Spotify flatpak, which is /x86_64/stable The command to uninstall a flatpak is sudo flatpak uninstall You need the full name of the flatpak to use the uninstall command.Ĥ. I hope that they eventually will be available as native flatpaks, but in order to bootstrap the flatpak ecosystem we want to make it possible to distribute these right now.

Common examples of this are Spotify and Skype. Type CTRL+ALT+T to open a terminal window This only affects non-free software, but Flatpak wants to support both free and non-free software for pragmatic reasons. (command spelling error :) )Īs long as you're comfortable with the terminal screen, then it's no big issue, just a little. I think I'd better start another forum discussion on crashing and one for the monitor wake up thing.I had the same issue but I hit a snag for another reason.

So after another normal restart, the trick works again. So when I reboot after a crash and try to use the Ctrl+Alt+F2 then Ctrl+Alt+F1 trick to get my second VGA monitor to display, the Ctrl+Alt+F2 terminal window does not show up and the trick doesn't work. On another side note, when I was playing around with the Spotify subwindows the computer crashed, which it does at least two times a day. The CapsLock does light up and function though. In the process of using PgUp/PgDn, I discovered that my NumLock and Scroll lock buttons don't light up on the keyboard, or change the function of the keys. Like I said before, the last song you see in the playlist is about #100, and it should go down to about #221 I think, as of today. Spotify Flatpak audio quality selection doesn’t work Anyone else not able to change the audio quality on Spotify Flatpak Using spot now but I do prefer proper Spotify. I'd be curious to know if it scrolls to the bottom for you. If any of you would like to pull up my playlist on Spotify, it's called "Schascheck's Pick List". Do you see the three dots in the lower right-hand part of the screen (below the last song)? It looks like it's trying to load more songs, but it never gets there. I'm able to activate each one and move it up and down using scroll wheel, PgUp/PgDn, etc, but still no luck on getting more songs to display on the right side. Although the Spotify Linux app is no longer under active development it still receives a few fixes now and then and it is still a far spurious better alternative to the Flash-based Spotify web player. Ok, I understand what you mean by subwindow now.
